Zap Homes Ltd. is a Brighton based property investment company investing in the development of beautiful, modern homes in the UK.

We work with landlords who wish to take a back seat approach to their investments by offering guaranteed rents, leasing options and full property management services, giving them peace of mind knowing that their assets are in experienced and reliable hands. We can also take on entire portfolios in a tax efficient way for those landlords who wish to retire, put their feet up and finally enjoy the fruits of their labour.

We understand that sometimes selling property can be a costly, time-consuming and stressful affair and so we offer vendors a chain-free option of selling their properties to us. A quick sale does not necessarily mean a cheap sale and very often we can achieve over the asking price as well as help reduce costs by, for example, taking care of Estate Agent fees.

We work in partnership with well established and reputable property sourcing agents, project managers, refurbishment teams and letting agencies. As a partnership organisation we have decades of experience in transforming run down, neglected and tired looking properties into modern, sustainable living spaces for families and professionals as well as those in need of social housing.

So how do we provide high returns for our investors? Simple. Due diligence.

 

Purchasing property around the country requires a strong, reliable network. All our property sourcing agents have an excellent track record in providing first class properties in areas with high rental yield.

 

However a property lands on our desk we always commit to our internal due diligence process to ensure it meets our baseline criteria. This will involve a deep dive into the problem, the property itself, the surrounding area, both the rental and selling potential as well as assessing the current and forecasted market conditions. Only when a property has ticked all the boxes does the power team of solicitors, project managers, builders and agents take over to create a place called home.
